José Mourinho was sent off on Tuesday in the defeat of Roma at home against Cremonese (1-2) and attacked the fourth official of the match, Marco Serra, who he considered responsible for his expulsion. Mourinho claimed to have received unjustifiable treatment and insinuated that the expulsion had to do with the capital team’s next challenge, against Juventus. According to the Italian press, the incident between the Portuguese coach and Marco Serra will be the subject of an investigation by the federation, so both will be asked to clarify what happened.
The newspaper “Gazzetta dello Sport” also reveals what the fourth referee said to the Roma coach. Well, when asked by Mourinho about a move between Kumbulla and Tsadjout, Serra said “go to hell…”. After the red card, the fourth official added: “Everybody pisses on you, go home.”
It should be remembered that the expulsion takes the Portuguese coach out of the game against Juventus and the defeat prevented Roma from overcoming Lazio and reaching second place in Serie A, on a par with Inter and Milan.
