French DJ and producer David Guetta returns to Portugal in August for a performance as part of his tour for the show “The Monolith”, described as “the most ambitious of his career,” it was announced today.
David Guetta will perform on August 2 at Parque Papa Francisco in Loures, presenting “a large-scale format that marks a new phase in the career of the French artist,” according to promoter Sodade in a statement released today.
“Considered the most ambitious show of David Guetta’s career, ‘The Monolith’ offers an experience that combines sound, image, and emotion, based on a unique stage design that elevates the traditional concert format and redefines the limits of live performance,” the promoter stated.
The French DJ’s new show, designed for large venues, features a central LED structure that functions simultaneously as a stage and the main visual element, the promoter explained.

For other dates on the tour, artists such as Armin van Buuren, Fisher, and Black Coffee have already been announced.
