
Sands China Ltd. and the Macao Federation of Trade Unions (FAOM) hold a roadshow event Tuesday at the back-of-house area of The Venetian Macao, featuring a wide range of themes including recreational and sports activities, volunteer services, community services, women’s health, vaccination consultations, vocational training, and career development. The event encouraged team members to develop diverse interests and promoted physical and mental wellbeing as well as family harmony.

The collaboration builds on years of joint programmes promoting professional literacy, resilience, and national education. In 2016, Sands China partnered with FAOM and the Labour Affairs Bureau to launch Macao’s first professional development training programme, with more than 8,000 team members completing training to date.
Sands China has consistently organised initiatives such as Happy 360 Month, Sands China Amazing Summer, and Occupational Safety and Health Month, demonstrating its commitment to fostering wellbeing and balance for its workforce.
