According to information released on Thursday by the Department of Urban Planning and Construction Services of the Guangdong and Macau In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, the train, which already connects Zhuhai and Hengqin, to Chimelong Park, will have another connection with the center of Hengqin.
The connection with the Macau light metro station next to the border with the fast train will then be studied, over a distance that varies between seven and nine kilometers.
The high-speed train is expected to run at 350 kilometers per hour on a route with seven stops, starting in the northern part of the city of Guangzhou with connections to Baiyun airport, Yuzhu, Nansha, Zhongshan, Hezhou, in Zhuhai and Hengqin island .
