The Camões Cultural Center in Luanda shows routes of Angolan painting

There are 37 emblematic works selected from the Collection of Camões – CCP Luanda, made by 19 Angolan artists who have marked the evolution of contemporary art in Angola

Camões – Portuguese Cultural Center in Luanda presents the painting exhibition “Pathways of Angolan painting – Visit to the Camões Collection…”, which will be open to the public until the end of next January.

There are 37 emblematic works selected from the Collection of Camões – CCP Luanda, made by 19 Angolan artists who have marked the evolution of contemporary art in Angola, says the statement from the cultural center.

“Mestre” Kapela, António Ole, Paulo Jazz, Álvaro Macieira, Jorge Gumbe, Francisco Van-Dúnem, Isabel Baptista, Dom Sebas Cassule, Paulo Amaral, Christiano Mangovo, Paulo Kussy, Fineza Teta, Guilherme Mampuya, Thó Simões and many others.
