Portuguese star returns to be a candidate for the award he has won twice
FIFA announced this Friday the list of finalists for The Best awards, which will award the best of the year in the world of football, on December 17. Cristiano Ronaldo, star of Juventus and the Portuguese national team, is again nominated for the award – which he has already won twice, in 2016 and 2017 -, as well as Lionel Messi, Argentine from Barcelona, and Polish Robert Lewandowski, from Bayern, debuting in the finalist batch.
The Best prizes will be awarded on 17 December, in a virtual ceremony that will be broadcast from Zurich, at FIFA headquarters.
