In appreciation of taxi drivers’ enduring contributions to Macao’s tourism industry, Sands Macao has provided local taxi drivers with special lunches every year, sharing the joy of its anniversary celebration with the community.
The lunch distribution was held at midday on May 18, where Thomas Pang, Senior Vice President of International Marketing of Sands China Ltd., together with other management team members, greeted the taxi drivers at the hotel’s main entrance and personally presented each of them with a special anniversary lunch.

To celebrate its 22nd anniversary, Sands Macao continued its long-standing community tradition of serving lunch boxes to local taxi drivers on May 18, expressing gratitude for their contributions to Macao’s tourism industry, while sharing the joy of its anniversary celebration with the community.
The anniversary boxed lunches featured a thoughtfully curated menu, including nourishing soup with morel mushroom, red date, goji berry, conch, chicken and pork rib; tender chicken with ginger sauce; stir-fried shrimp, scallops, and fish maw with XO sauce and beans; seasonal vegetables; longevity buns that symbolize blessings and celebration; and fresh fruit.
