In April 2025, Sands China Ltd. held a series of long-service ceremonies to recognize more than 1,000 team members celebrating 10-, 15- and 20-year milestones.
By year’s end, over 14,000 employees—50 percent of the workforce—will have served for a decade or more, with 6,000 and 2,000 marking 15 and 20 years of dedicated service, respectively.

Since its Macao debut over 20 years ago, Sands China has invested in local development. In 2004, local residents comprised 20 percent of management; today, they represent 91 percent.
