Dandelion | Artists: Amigo & Amigo (Sydney, Australia)
The dandelion theme represents the ideas of freedom and hope. Light animations commemorate the 25th anniversary of Macao’s return to the motherland, inspiring visitors to look toward a brighter future.
Every five minutes, light animations come to life. By touching the sensor, guests can activate interactive sound and light effects, creating a unique experience of dandelions swaying in the breeze.
Location: Roundabout at the Macao Stadium, Taipa
Artist Introduction: With projects spanning continents, Amigo & Amigo creates interactive public artworks that transform environments into memorable experiences, inviting audiences participating and sparking collective imagination and wonder.

Dopamine | Artists: Sofía Castellanos (Mexico City, Mexico) & Wu Ningle (ShangHai, China)
Similar to a 3D scroll painting, it brings a sense of movement and unity to the space. Each circular ring represents a window, showcasing the delicate patterns of butterfly wings and guiding the audience into a whimsical realm.

Artists Introduction:
- Sofía Castellanos is an internationally acclaimed muralist known for her colorful and emotionally resonant works. She has collaborated with major global brands such as Fendi, Nike and Chanel. Her art blends cultural narratives with modern aesthetics.
- Wu Ningle, a Visual Communication graduate from Peking University, blends conceptual art with new media. She introduced “storytelling art display” in 2012 and has collaborated on projects like “Cat Healing” and “COLOURFUL CITY.” Her works have been showcased at events like Guangzhou Design Week.
Ondulando…(Waving…)︱Artist: João Jorge Magalhães (Lisbon, Portugal)
This artwork draws inspiration from the ocean’s waves and the river’s power in Macao, symbolizing their journeys and the memories held in the waters. It leaves a lasting impression on everyone who has passed, is passing, or will pass through this land.

Artist Introduction: Joäo Jorge Magalhães, born in 1975 in Lisbon and based in Macau, is a Communication graduate from the University of Lisbon. His vibrant art, influenced by Macau’s blend of Chinese and Western cultures, has been shown internationally, including at the 54th Venice Biennale and the Macao Museum of Art.

Centered around the theme of “double celebrations,” Mak Mak invites the audience into a whimsical world. It transports them to a fantastical space where Macao’s rich cultural diversity comes to life, showcasing its unique charm. Let your creativity flow as you explore a visual experience that connects the 75th and 25th anniversary milestones.

Artist Introduction: A digital media artist specializing in visual design, motion graphics, and projection mapping, he has showcased his work at renowned international light festivals, including the Light Up Festival (Romania), Circle of Light Festival (Moscow), and Burj Khalifa LED Show (Dubai). He has also participated in the Macao Light Festival from 2017 to 2021.
