The kiss is considered one of the most iconic moments in the history of music awards.
According to Time magazine, Britney said that she, Madonna and Christina Aguilera shared a symbolic kiss while rehearsing the performance of the song “Like a Virgin”.
Just before going on stage, however, the singer thought it would be a good idea to give her a real kiss.
