Multicaixa Express (MCX) is an interbank payment channel, made available by the Empresa Interbancária de Serviços (EMIS) that allows the association of several multicaixa cards, with the help of the mobile phone number.
In this phase of the Covid-19 pandemic, Multicaixa Express is being an important resource for the payment of various services, provided they are connected to an Internet network. Users interviewed by Jornal de Angola explain how this “Express” application facilitates various banking transactions over the phone.
Easy and fast
Jéssica Marcos, marketing assistant, downloaded the application, because she knew that it helps a lot in the necessary operations. Now with the experience she has, she advises others to do the same, because, she says, “it is an easy and quick service”. For this reason, I ask EMIS to do more advertising, as it is a product that makes it easy for anyone to make multiple payments, without having to go to a bank or an ATM (Multicaixa or TPA – Automatic Payment Terminal).
