O Lam wants to promote the mobility of talent in the cultural sector between Macau and Hengqin

In the cultural sphere, O Lam said that the Cultural Institute will establish a cooperation mechanism between Macau and Hengqin, which could facilitate the movement of talent. She promised more updates soon.

When asked to create festivals that take place on both sides of the border – in Macau and in Hengqin – O Lam explained that this would require additional preparatory work.
