Currently, inhabitants must travel to other districts for daily necessities and dining, as the area’s facilities are limited to public parking, a health station commissioned in late 2025, and two bus stops.
Following a tender process conducted by the Housing Bureau in 2025 for five ground-floor commercial spaces, four were successfully awarded. The Tong Seng building will house a pharmacy, while the Tong Chong building will feature a supermarket, a restaurant, and a general commercial unit expected to operate as a pharmacy. Although a designated bank unit received no bids, automated teller machines (ATMs) are already installed within the building for resident use.
To support the influx of residents, the government is inspecting the surrounding environment to create convenient walkways to bus stops. Transport authorities plan to extend the service range of existing bus routes to the zone before the Lunar New Year. Additionally, a temporary route, 101XS, is planned to divert passenger flow during holidays.
According to the Housing Bureau, the three estates provide a total of 3,017 units. As of January 9, 2026, 2,214 buyers have signed promissory contracts of sale and purchase, and keys have been distributed for 1,636 units. Approximately 500 units remain pending mortgage loan completion.
Excluding the unleased bank unit, 11 additional retail spaces across the three buildings remain available. These units, ranging from under 100 to over 1,600 square meters, await future tender procedures to determine their specific commercial use.
