Upholding its philosophy of “What is taken from the community is to be used for the good of the community”, Galaxy Entertainment Group (“GEG”) has actively supported and participated in various local fundraising and charitable activities over the years to promote the sustainable development of the Macau community.
Tung Sin Tong delegates, including Chairman Mr. José Chui Sai Peng and Vice Chairman Mr. Ma Iao Iao visited GEG and were warmly received by Mr. Francis Lui, Vice Chairman of GEG and Mr. Andrew Lui, Head of Design and Development of GEG.
GEG representatives expressed gratitude for Tung Sin Tong’s long-standing contributions to society, aiding those in need and promoting community harmony.
Taking the opportunity, GEG invited Tung Sin Tong’s Pharmacy to set up a charitable booth at the “2024 Galaxy Entertainment Macao International Marathon Carnival” that will be held the end of this month, to advocate the spirit of philanthropy and to promote traditional Chinese medicine to residents and tourists.
In addition, the two parties also discussed and exchanged insights on various topics, including the development of Macau’s charity sector, GEG’s corporate social responsibility, and future collaborations.
Over the years, GEG has maintained close contacts with Macau’s different charitable organizations and social service associations.
In addition to supporting Tung Sin Tong on its annual fundraising campaign, GEG also co-organizes various activities with them. During Chinese New Year this year, GEG invited Tung Sin Tong’s pharmacy to set up a charity booth at the back-of-house at Galaxy Macau™ integrated resort, during which a series of Chinese New Year gift boxes were sold to promote traditional Chinese medicine and health foods to GEG team members.
