The introduction of airport check-in and direct bus transfers by Sands Resorts Macao is expected to contribute to the Macao Government Tourism Office’s (MGTO) visitor number goals for 2024 and beyond, further solidifying the resort’s position as a hospitality leader. Stephanie Tanpure, Vice President of Sales, Sands China Ltd., emphasized the critical role of this initiative in enhancing accessibility to Macao as a destination, particularly for the Meeting, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector. This new bus service is part of Phase 1 of expanded transportation offerings and will depart from The Venetian Macao, providing a convenient link to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) port and ultimately Hong Kong International Airport.
