Organized by the Lusophone Arbitration and Mediation Association (ALAM), in collaboration with the Macau Academy of Alternative Dispute Resolution (MACADR) at the University of São José and CIETAK Hong Kong, this engaging seminar was moderated by Jeremy Bartlett from Hong Kong. Distinguished speakers included esteemed arbitrators Sofia Vale (Angola), Cristiano de Sousa Zanetti (Brazil), Diogo Costa Gonçalves (Portugal), Eduardo Buisson Loureiro (Macau), and Paula Duarte Rocha (Mozambique).

The primary objective of this webinar was to enhance understanding of Investment Dispute Arbitration in Portuguese Speaking Countries while providing crucial insights into the legal landscape of Macau, Hong Kong, and mainland China. The expert panelists shared valuable insights into how investment arbitration operates in different contexts and examined the dispute resolution mechanisms offered under ICSID.
