The Portuguese prime minister has announced that, as of Saturday, there will be a total interruption of flights between Portugal and the United Kingdom, except for humanitarian flights or to repatriate Portuguese and British citizens.
António Costa announced this measure after having participated by videoconference in an informal summit of European Union leaders aimed at coordinating measures to combat Covid-19 between member states.
