These are descriptions that Michael Cohen, a former Trump personal lawyer who described himself as the president’s handyman, sparks in his book, “Disloyal: A Memoir” (unfair: a nemesis), which portrays the president as a sordid figure, almost mafioso, willing to use unfair tactics against anyone who opposes him.
