Sonangol opened a public tender for the sale of the Talatona Convention Hotel (HCTA), in Luanda. The five-star unit opened in 2009 and represented an investment of 200 million dollars.
The public tender is open to national and foreign entities, with the deadline for the submission of applications set until October 16. The deadline for submitting candidates’ proposals is December 4.
To participate, says Angop, the competitor must pay a provisional security of one million dollars or the equivalent in kwanzas, at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Angola (BNA).
