It is symptomatic in times of civilizational transition, the unrestrained exploitation by the owners of i + DT solutions that best anticipated the opportunities that the successive “technological shocks” brought.
But, if the value chains of these innovative goods and services, for them to become fixed on consumers as “a new need”, they pass through stages of protection, improvement and seduction, carefully subsidized and guided by the power in order to stimulate their use; life cycles and work, are left in a regulatory vacuum so as not to “weigh in the final cost” of these products. This results in an uncontrolled series of externalities and impacts that are left without proper guidance.
