Paris Saint-Germain secured the UEFA Super Cup with a 2-1 win against Aston Villa in Salzburg, overcoming a historic goal from teenager Brian Madjo.
The Champions League winners took the lead 20 minutes into the match when Khvicha Kvaratskhelia surged forward and beat the goalkeeper with a striking finish. Aston Villa fought back, finding an equalizer just before halftime as 17-year-old Brian Madjo directed a pass from John McGinn into the net.

The goal made Madjo the youngest scorer in the history of the UEFA Super Cup, adding to his record as the youngest player to start the match.
PSG regained the lead in the 61st minute through Désiré Doué, whose goal was upheld following a extended video review. Villa pushed for a second equalizer in the closing stages, forcing key saves from PSG goalkeeper Matvey Safonov, but could not alter the scoreline before the final whistle.
