Over 375 infected in 24 hours in Portugal

The epidemiological bulletin of the Directorate-General for Health also reports three more fatalities due to the new coronavirus.

In Portugal, in the last 24 hours, three more people died and 375 more cases of covid-19 were confirmed. According to the epidemiological bulletin of the Directorate-General for Health (DGS) of this Friday (June 19), in total, since the pandemic began, 38,464 people have been infected, 24,477 recovered and 1527 fatalities in the country.

In other words, there are currently 12 460 active Portuguese patients being monitored by health authorities. This Friday, 422 patients are hospitalized (six more than yesterday), of which 67 are in intensive care (exactly the same number). The DGS bulletin also indicates that they are awaiting laboratory results.
