The most recent outbreak of Covid-19 in China, recorded in the northeast of the country, presents different characteristics from the original outbreak, detected at the end of last year in the city of Wuhan, according to the state press.
Cited by the official newspaper Global Times, the expert of the National Health Commission of the Asian country, Qiu Haibo, explained that the infections detected in the last weeks, in the provinces of Heilongjiang and Jilin, are more similar to those found in cases imported from abroad, from than those diagnosed in patients in Hubei, province of which Wuhan is capital, and where the first cases of Covid-19 worldwide were detected.
