In 24 hours, 14 more deaths and 252 cases of covid-19 were registered in Portugal (an increase of 0.85% over the previous day). The country accounts for a total of 29,912 people infected with the new coronavirus and 1,277 deaths, according to the epidemiological bulletin of the Directorate-General for Health (DGS), released this Thursday (May 21).
608 are hospitalized, of which 92 are in intensive care units. The DGS also indicates that 6452 people have recovered from the disease, the same number reported on Wednesday.
