NBA star died in a helicopter crash in January. An autopsy report, now released, reveals that the basketball player (like the other eight people on the flight) died from a heavy blow.
The autopsy on NBA basketball player Kobe Bryant, who died in January after a helicopter accident, points to a strong blow as the cause of immediate death. “Blunt force trauma” is the expression used in the report, released this Friday, and quoted by the American newspaper Los Angeles Times.
The same document (180 pages long) guarantees that the athlete’s body has not tested positive for the presence of alcohol or any illegal substance, such as heroin, marijuana, fentanyl or cocaine. The pilot (Ara Zobayan, 50 years old) also had no traces in the body of drugs or alcohol.
