The title is fun and provocative, but the subject turns out to be more serious than it seems at first. This bestseller from The New York Times gave rise to a documentary made by Canadian John Walker, Assholes, Theory – premiering on the Odisseia channel (22.30) -, which goes from the philosophical definition of the word to the way in which people who fit this profile influence life in society, and in certain organizations.
