The Legislative Assembly will open its doors to the public this coming Sunday, May 17, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., allowing visitors to explore different areas of the building and participate in cultural and informational activities.
During the event, citizens will be able to visit areas such as the lobby, the Plenary Hall, the Multipurpose Reception Hall, and the committee meeting rooms. Information panels explaining the workings of the Legislative Assembly will be available at various points throughout the building, and legislators and staff will be on hand to answer questions from the public.
The program also includes performances by the Music School and Dance School of the Macao Conservatory, the Cultural Institute, and Pui Ching Secondary School, which will take place in different locations throughout the building.

At the same time, the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau and the Bureau of Justice will set up booths and automated voter registration kiosks. The agencies aim to promote voter registration and disseminate information related to the Constitution, the Basic Law of Macau, and the Law on the Protection of State Security, among other relevant legislation.
To facilitate access for visitors, free shuttle buses will be available between the Sintra Hotel and the Legislative Assembly. The first bus will depart at 10:00 a.m. from the side of Avenida Doutor Mário Soares, next to the hotel, while the last shuttle bus will leave the Legislative Assembly at 6:30 p.m.
A temporary parking lot will also be set up on Avenida Doutor Stanley Ho, in front of the north gate of the Forum for Economic and Trade Cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries, for visitors arriving by car.
