The mother of French international footballer Michael Olise’s 20-month-old daughter has publicly criticized the Bayern Munich star, alleging emotional neglect and legal disputes over child support following the end of their relationship.
Speaking out for the first time in an interview with German media outlet BILD, 34-year-old Fatima Zaunbrecher made several claims regarding the 24-year-old former Crystal Palace winger.
Zaunbrecher alleged that Olise has not maintained direct communication with her since the birth of their daughter, Aaliyah Noor, choosing instead to handle matters through legal representatives. She also criticized the financial support offered for the child’s upbringing, describing the terms as unacceptable.
In contrast to these assertions, representatives close to the player contend that Olise has never declined contact with his daughter and has put forward appropriate financial provisions to support her.

According to Zaunbrecher, the couple originally connected via Instagram in 2022 while Olise was playing in London prior to his high-profile transfer to the Bundesliga. After exchanging messages for two months, she regularly traveled from Dusseldorf to London. She noted that their initial connection was rooted in shared cultural backgrounds and a mutual preference for quiet lifestyles away from public events.
However, Zaunbrecher stated that friction eventually arose within the relationship, citing disputes over the player’s extensive gaming habits on his PlayStation and suspicions of infidelity. She claimed to have discovered her pregnancy shortly after deciding to end the romance.
Following the child’s birth, a paternity test conducted in Munich confirmed Olise as the father. BILD subsequently published documentation verifying the paternity results alongside their report.
Olise, who has traditionally maintained a very private personal life and avoided media attention, has not issued a public statement addressing the allegations. In the wake of the public disclosures in Germany, the footballer disabled comments across his social media profiles after facing a surge of reactions from online users.
