Portuguese center Neemias Queta scored 12 points as the Boston Celtics defeated the Charlotte Hornets 113-102 in an NBA matchup on Tuesday.
Queta reached double digits for the fifth consecutive game, making six of seven field goals, grabbing five offensive rebounds (team-high), recording three assists, and blocking one shot in 25 minutes and 18 seconds of play.
In his fifth NBA season, Queta averages 10.3 points, 8.3 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 0.8 steals, and 1.3 blocks per 25.5 minutes per game.

Jaylen Brown led the Celtics with 35 points and nine rebounds, while Jayson Tatum added 23. For the Hornets, LaMelo Ball scored 36 points.
With three regular-season games remaining, the Celtics are one win away from securing second place in the Eastern Conference, holding a 54-25 record. The Hornets are ninth (43-37) and have clinched a play-in spot, but still have slim hopes of reaching sixth place for direct playoff qualification.
