Donald Trump has called on his supporters to boycott concerts by Bruce Springsteen, describing the artist as “mediocre and boring” and even comparing him to a “dried-up prune.”

“Bruce Springsteen, that mediocre and boring singer, who looks like a dried-up prune and has clearly suffered at the hands of an incompetent plastic surgeon, has long suffered from a horrible and incurable case of Trump Derangement Syndrome,” Trump wrote on his platform, Truth Social.

“TRUMP SUPPORTERS SHOULD BOYCOTT HIS EXTREMELY OVERPRICED CONCERTS, WHICH ARE TERRIBLE,” he added.

During a performance, Springsteen strongly criticized Trump, calling him “corrupt, incompetent, racist, irresponsible and a traitor.”

He also performed his song “Streets of Minneapolis”, dedicated to Renee Good and Alex Pretti, who were shot and killed by federal agents during immigration enforcement operations.

Springsteen’s “Land of Hope & Dreams American Tour” is scheduled to visit around 20 cities across the United States, concluding on May 27.
