On Wednesday, Celta de Vigo asked its fans for help in finding a club jersey that Madonna wore during a concert she gave at the Balaídos Stadium on July 29, 1990, during her European “Blond Ambition” tour.
In a statement, Celta explains that they have lost track of that shirt, with Espinoza’s number 5 on the back, since Madonna’s performance, having been searching for it privately for years. With this investigation at a standstill, the club asks for help “from all celtismo” to find a “unique and irreplaceable piece that is part of its emotional heritage,” with the intention of including it in its historical archive.
