In a message to team members, Grant Chum, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Sands China Ltd., said: “2025 has been a remarkable year for Sands China. Underpinned by the team’s robust collaboration and execution, a strong line-up of mega events unfolded throughout the year, driving the Group’s total visitation beyond 1.1 billion. We hosted The NBA China Games at the fully upgraded Venetian Arena, reinforcing Macao’s position as a ‘City of Sports.’ We also delivered high-quality ‘tourism+’ events, including around 600 events across MICE, entertainment, sports, and arts and culture, further highlighting the city’s vitality as a ‘World Centre of Tourism and Leisure.’ Meanwhile, we remain firmly committed to Macao – not only by strengthening collaboration with local SMEs, but also by investing in community initiatives and talent development. Last year, Sands China earned Top 1% rankings in both the Global and China editions of the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2025, and became the first integrated resort operator in the Asia-Pacific region to receive the ‘Top Employer’ certification.

“These accomplishments reflect the professionalism and dedication of our team members. In recognition of their efforts over the past year, we are pleased to announce a discretionary bonus and a salary increase. On behalf of our board of directors and senior management, I sincerely thank every team member for their contributions. Looking ahead, I hope the team will continue to strive for excellence and reach greater heights together.”
