The 2026 MSS & Hello Jobs Macau Salary Increment and Annual Bonus Survey Report indicates that 76.76 per cent of surveyed organisations plan to grant pay rises, a decline from 83.87 per cent a year earlier. Meanwhile, 23.23 per cent of respondents said they have no plans to increase salaries, up from 16.13 per cent in 2025.
In terms of bonuses, 83.84 per cent of surveyed organisations intend to pay an annual bonus for 2025 performance, payable in 2026, down from 90.32 per cent last year. Conversely, 16.16 per cent said they do not plan to issue bonuses, an increase from 9.68 per cent previously.
