The inaugural flight ceremony was held at 10:45 AM at the departure hall of Macau International Airport, celebrating the launch of the new service. The first flight, carrying 85 passengers, arrived in Macau at 11:45 AM and was welcomed with a water salute, marking a successful debut. The route operates three times per week, with flights on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

This new route connects Macau with Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi province, fostering exchanges and cooperation between the two regions. It offers Macau residents and tourists a convenient way to explore Nanchang’s rich history, culture, and natural landscapes. At the same time, it opens up a new gateway for Nanchang citizens to travel to Macau, an international tourist hub where Eastern and Western cultures blend.

The Chairman of the Executive Committee of Macau International Airport Company (CAM), Simon Chan, expressed his hope that the new route will promote complementary resources and industrial collaboration between the two cities, accelerate regional integrated development, and help Macau better integrate into the overall national development.
