Four popular and much-loved characters—Baby Molly, CRYBABY, DIMOO, and LABUBU—have arrived in Macao, with their installations spread across the city. These can be found at Calçada da Igreja de S. Lázaro, Camões Square, St. Augustine’s Square, and Vila da Taipa Historical Center Archway, each combining elements of Macao’s culinary identity with its distinctive cultural tourism landscape.

One of the central stops on the route is the POP STATION, located in the Ritz Building at Senado Square. This space hosts the striking MEGA SPACE MOLLY EGG TART installation and includes a pop-up store offering a variety of POP MART products, alongside information about the overall project. Together with the other installations, this stop helps form a walkable route through five of Macao’s most iconic districts—a series of creative moments punctuating the everyday urban landscape.
“By combining ‘tourism + IP’, the project aims to capture the attention of fans and potential visitors from around the world, spotlighting Macao as a trending topic and expanding its international tourism market,” explains the Macao Government Tourism Office.

To make the experience more interactive, visitors can collect exclusive postcards at each location by sharing photos on social media using the hashtag #POPMARTMACAOCITYWALK, or by gathering the five special stamps forming the word “MACAO”, available across the participating sites.
Additionally, a lucky draw featuring character-themed prizes is open to those who shop at local businesses using select digital wallets.
In the upcoming edition, we’ll explore the four remaining locations chosen to form this imaginative route—which begins and ends at the POP STATION in Senado Square.
