Contest Objective
The MGTO contest encourages students and the general public to develop innovative ideas that combine learning and tourism experience in three-day, two-night study trips. It aims to explore the potential of study visits in Macau, increase public awareness of these visits, and promote the integration of “tourism + education.”
Contest Divisions and Themes
The contest is divided into two groups: student group and general group, with three itinerary themes:
- National Conditions Education
- Between Ancient and Modern Times
- Cultural and Museum Exploration
Prizes
Gold, silver, bronze, and honorable mention prizes will be awarded in each group. Prize values for the student group are MOP 10,000, 7,500, 5,000, and 3,000, respectively. For the general group, the values are MOP 20,000, 15,000, 10,000, and 6,000.
Registration and Submission
Interested participants must register online on the MGTO website and submit their travel plans and other materials between April 28 and September 27, 2024. Each participant can submit up to three proposals, one per theme.
