It’s the topic of the morning in France and it’s generating a lot of concern. A Nice player allegedly threatened to throw himself off the Magnan viaduct, with the club having already announced the postponement of a press conference scheduled for this Friday.
According to the French press, the player – allegedly Alexis Beka Beka – had recently ended a relationship, which was the reason for the suicidal thoughts. Police and firefighters, as well as a club psychologist, are at the scene.
