At least six civilians were killed and ten others were injured in a Ukrainian missile attack on the city of Donetsk, in eastern Ukraine and controlled by Russian-speaking separatists since 2014, local authorities said on Tuesday.
“According to preliminary data, six civilians died as a result of today’s bombings”, said, in a message published on the social network Telegram, the mayor of the city, Alexei Kulemzin.
The same official denounced more than 10 attacks with Grad multiple rocket launchers against civilian targets in the city and appealed to the population to remain in shelters.
