“A subpoena was sent today,” says Dmitri Nizovtsev, host of “Popular Politics,” a YouTube channel created by members of the Russian opposition imprisoned Alexei Navalny’s circle. “Tomorrow, at 10 am, he will have to present himself at a call center”.
