President Jair Bolsonaro’s (PL) legal team is under pressure from the campaign’s command, according to reports in the Folha de S. Paulo newspaper, and has changed strategy in the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), creating new battles against former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), the current leader in the polls.
According to Bolsonaro’s strategists, Lula was pressuring the president and his allies with actions at the TSE while criticizing him freely, with no reactions from Bolsonaro’s supporters. Now, however, the campaign has decided to take a more participatory side in court.
