António Mexia and Manso Neto, suspended from functions by court order since July, showed “unavailability to integrate any candidate list to the EDP governing bodies for the next term (2021-2023)”.
The information was communicated by the managers in a letter sent this Monday to EDP, according to a statement issued to the market regulator, writes Jornal de Negócios.
The electric company will schedule an extraordinary general meeting in January to elect the new members of the board of directors.
