Portugal is a small country. Big eats small. Small helps the big to become huge, while the small gets smaller and smaller. We all knew that the 2nd Cold War could deeply affect the world.

The new “iron curtain” that is beginning to delineate essentially destroys the concept of globalization developed over the last few decades. The struggle between China and the USA for an economic “victory” brings aggressive, exacerbated and carefree growth, which will undoubtedly threaten the fulfillment of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. For those who had the opportunity to study the 1st Cold War, understand that history is made in vicious cycles and it is difficult to escape the past.
