It’s official. Plastic is literally falling from the sky
Microparticles detected in the air are consistent with those that accumulate in lung tissue. Plastic already dominates the four corners of the planet (reaches even the most remote locations) and even scientists did not want to believe the results collected.
That the oceans are loaded with tons of plastic, threatening fish, birds and marine species, is nothing new. But what if we tell him that, in fact, it is raining plastic and there is not a single corner on the planet that he cannot reach?
A new study published in the journal Science concludes that plastic-generated pollution is literally everywhere. In the air we breathe, traveling with the wind and falling from the sky.
