Eight Santos Laguna footballers are infected with the new coronavirus, the Mexican club announced, which could jeopardize the return of the championship, suspended for more than two months due to the pandemic.
“The results of the medical exams carried out this week by the Santos Laguna club are as follows: eight players are positive for the covid-19, but are asymptomatic,” said the Mexican League (Liga MX).
