Spain recorded 288 deaths in the last 24 hours due to the new coronavirus, a significant drop from Saturday’s 378, with a total of 23,190 deaths so far, according to the country’s health authorities.
According to the Spanish Ministry of Health, there are 1729 new positive cases, a decrease that is also significant, bringing the total number of infected people confirmed by PCR to 207,634, the most reliable test to detect the virus.
