Sands China holds a closing ceremony for Happy 360 Month June 24 at the heart-of-house area of The Venetian Macao.
Sands China has completed its sixth annual “Happy 360 Month” wellness campaign, a cornerstone initiative focused on the physical and mental well-being of its team members.
Held from June 2 to 26 across The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, The Londoner Macao, and Sands Macao, the programme forms an integral part of the company’s long-term employee wellness strategy.
Beyond new AI health assessments, the initiative featured a robust schedule of 16 themed roadshows held in the heart-of-house areas of the company’s properties. These roadshows covered diverse topics, including Inner Wellness Tips, Understanding Common Health Issues, Health and Happiness Index Tests, and How to Power Up Positive Emotions.
Complementing the roadshows, Sands China organised three specialised seminars and workshops addressing hearing care, emotional relief, and physical and mental relaxation, providing team members with a multi-faceted approach to health management.

Central to the Happy 360 Month programme is the 5S Model for emotions, which encourages team members to recognise emotional changes and adjust their thought patterns through practical techniques.
The model comprises Stop Negative Thinking, Self-Questioning, Self-Pep Talk, Stay Attentive to Body Responses, and Shuffle Your Thoughts—simple yet effective strategies for managing stress and maintaining positive thinking.
