At the top of the national list is Eduardo Saverin, Brazilian co-founder of Facebook (now Meta), whose wealth was estimated at around €31.6 billion in the 2026 ranking, establishing him as the richest Brazilian. Saverin, although he resides outside Brazil (in Singapore), continues to appear as the leading Brazilian billionaire due to his stake in Meta and investments in technology and venture capital.
Right behind Saverin is André Esteves, chairman of the board of BTG Pactual bank, with an estimated fortune of around €17.8 billion. Esteves’ wealth growth was notable over the past year due to the strong performance of the financial sector and the appreciation of BTG Pactual’s assets.
The third position in the 2026 Brazilian ranking is held by Jorge Paulo Lemann and family, renowned investors and founders of 3G Capital, an international group that holds stakes in major companies such as AB InBev (the world’s largest brewing company) and global consumer brands. Lemann’s wealth was estimated at around €17.4 billion, reflecting the importance of the beverage and investment sectors in Brazil.

Regarding gender composition, the 2026 list shows an increase in the number of Brazilian women billionaires, rising from 9 to 13 names compared to previous editions. Among the largest female fortunes is Vicky Sarfati Safra and family, who inherited most of banker Joseph Safra’s financial legacy and consistently rank among the richest Brazilians, with an estimated net worth of around €23.8 billion.
Other Brazilian billionaires include heirs of traditional business groups and founders of their own companies, such as Cristina Junqueira, co-founder of Nubank.
The growing presence of the agribusiness sector on the list also stands out, with a significant share of the total wealth of Brazilian billionaires linked to food production chains and commodities, reinforcing the diversity of sectors that generate vast fortunes in the country.
