Jade Dragon and Chao Shang Chao team up for an exclusive dinner
Jade Dragon, the only Cantonese restaurant in Greater China to have been awarded three Michelin stars and three Black Pearl diamonds, located at City of Dreams Macau, will host a culinary experience on June 11 and 12, 2026.
The two-night dinner series, titled “Prestigious Chinese Culinary Treasures,” brings together the award-winning Macau restaurant and the prestigious Chao Shang Chao, a Beijing restaurant specializing in Teochew cuisine that also holds three Michelin stars.
For this collaboration, culinary director Kelvin Au Yeung (Jade Dragon) and executive chef Cheung Yat Fung (Chao Shang Chao) have co-created an exclusive six-course menu that blends the refined richness of Cantonese cuisine with the elegant subtlety of Teochew flavors.
