During the meeting, Sam said the government is steadily implementing the key tasks outlined in his first Policy Address, with progress described as smooth. He added that the administration is formulating next year’s policy agenda and has already conducted broad consultations to gather public feedback and suggestions.
Sam emphasized that the Macau government will continue to promote moderate economic diversification and the development of the Guangdong–Macau In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin. He expressed hope that the CPPCC would continue to support the Macau Special Administrative Region (SAR) in further integrating into the national development framework and contributing to the country’s overall progress.
