According to the bureau’s announcement on October 6th, the annual elderly allowance will be issued on October 16th. Each eligible person will receive MOP10,000, covering 139,359 approved cases, for a total payout of approximately MOP1.39 billion.
The disability subsidy will be distributed on October 17th. The regular disability subsidy amounts to MOP10,000 for 13,648 beneficiaries, while the special disability subsidy provides MOP20,000 to 5,752 recipients. The total disbursement for the disability subsidies will be around MOP250 million.
